Descripción del trabajoA Medical Degree and current registration and licensing with an appropriate governmental or national regulatory body. No less than three years of post-graduate clinical experience in emergency medicine, acute care, or ICU; the most recent work experience should be in a clinical setting. Prior experience and certification in point-of-care ultrasound is preferred. A valid accredited ALS / ACLS certificate before joining a vessel; PALS and ATLS certifications may be required before completing the first year of employment. A Valid passport. Advanced proficiency in English. $10K (US DOLLAR) monthly tax-free salary. Medical protection. Accommodation provided in a single cabin with private bathroom. Global Medical Specialist
We are seeking a medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine to join our dynamic team as a Global Medical Specialist. This role will involve providing quality healthcare to guests and crew while sailing the world.
Responsibilities :
- Providing individualized outpatient, inpatient, and ICU care for guests and crew.
- Consulting with crew and guests to provide timely, safe, and evidence-based assessments, formulating differential diagnoses and treatment plans, performing clinical interventions and procedures, and coordinating logistics of referrals and evacuations.
- Liaising closely with shipboard nurses and paramedics and reporting to the ship's Senior Doctor.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, demonstrating a professional, dignified, friendly, assertive, and polite manner at all times towards guests and fellow crew members.
