As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare technology by leading the development and optimization of a Clinical Operations Platform. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for setting product direction, ensuring strong execution, and driving measurable impact. Key responsibilities include :

• Defining the product vision and strategy in alignment with business growth and scalability.
• Building and prioritizing the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities.
• Collaborating with clinical and technical teams to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Designing prototypes and pilots to validate new concepts before large-scale deployment.
• Leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and care delivery.
• Establishing and tracking key product metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Acting as a cross-functional connector, building trust and alignment between stakeholders.
