We’re seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Mexico City to bridge the gap between client-facing engagement leads and development squads.

• You’re a delivery leader with strong product instincts. You thrive in structure but can navigate ambiguity, bringing order to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. You understand how to turn product vision into execution : clear requirements, aligned priorities, and predictable outcomes.
• You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves — creating user stories, clarifying requirements, and ensuring quality through to delivery. You balance client needs with team realities, hold stakeholders accountable for dependencies, and create momentum for distributed squads.
• Above all, you see delivery as value creation — making sure that every sprint, release, and milestone ties back to both client outcomes and LAB49’s high standards.
