What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using HRIS systems (Workday, Visier) and proprietary tools
• Execute accurate, timely analysis of people data with a focus on zero-defect delivery
• Support recruiting, survey, diversity, and headcount analytics, including cross-dataset insights
• Work closely with local offices and functional teams to understand data needs and deliver custom reports
• Monitor and audit data quality, supporting system upgrades and issue resolution
• Build automation and self-service reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Drive process improvements in how we structure, access, and report HR data
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and Talent Acquisition to enhance reporting capabilities
