What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using HRIS systems (Workday, Visier) and proprietary tools
- Execute accurate, timely analysis of people data with a focus on zero-defect delivery
- Support recruiting, survey, diversity, and headcount analytics, including cross-dataset insights
- Work closely with local offices and functional teams to understand data needs and deliver custom reports
- Monitor and audit data quality, supporting system upgrades and issue resolution
- Build automation and self-service reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Drive process improvements in how we structure, access, and report HR data
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and Talent Acquisition to enhance reporting capabilities
About You
At least 2 years in an analyst, business intelligence, or systems analyst roleStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailExperience using Tableau, Power BI, or Visier for data visualizationAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL databasesSkilled in synthesizing data and delivering insights to varied audiencesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree required—ideally in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, HR, or related fieldsSeniority level
