Team Overview :

The position is responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the Didi and employees. The role involves ensuring alignment of employee interests with the company’s objectives, addressing employee relations issues.

Role Responsibilities :

• Administer the budget assigned to the Employee Relations area;
• Execute the control process established by Employee Relations (ER);
• Provide support in the implementation of changes resulting from audit findings;

Conduct data analysis to support the Employee Relations area.

Role Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
