We're Hiring : Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding | De Well | Monterrey
Purpose
This person will be responsible for the growth of account sales for his / her territory. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and goals that will be outlined by management. As part of their ongoing investment is in their NA sales organization, new sales professional would have the unique ability to be selling and marketing our services in an almost untouched market and with large territories for development. They would have the advantage of a large Asian and China owned network, as well as excellent pricing and an aggressive, commercially focused management style, designed for growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop potential clients to meet monthly sales goals.
- Contact prospects via phone / email and schedule meetings.
- Analyze client needs and present De well Forwarding services.
- Prepare value-based proposals and manage active accounts.
- Maintain client relationships and resolve issues.
- Track sales performance through internal reports and systems.
Requirements :
Required studies : Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Administration and / or related.Advanced English, able to establish business conversations.3-5 years of professional Freight Forwarding sales experience required.Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, warehousing (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Field Hunter ProfileStrategic Business Development.Theoretical and practical knowledge of INCOTERMS.Skills :
