- Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research
- Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations
📈 Become a Growth Architect
Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through :Data-driven product selectionTraffic acquisition tactics (social media ads / SEO / KOL collaboration)Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales / launch events)🛠 Serve as Operational Partner
Guide sellers through platform onboarding : SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setupProvide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plansKey Requirements :
Fluent professional English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fieldsStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis capabilityExperience in B2B sales or e-commerce are a big plusUnderstanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., Guadalajara footwear, León leather goods)
