Human Resources Director Job Summary
This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating Human Resources functions, managing labor relations and union administration, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, serving as a key liaison between company management and unions, developing talent retention programs, promoting an inclusive work culture, leading collective bargaining negotiations and labor conflict management.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Talent Management : Direct and coordinate HR functions to ensure efficient talent management, labor relations, and union administration.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor regulations and applicable laws nationwide.
- Labor Relations : Manage labor relations and union administration across all sites.
- Organizational Development : Develop and implement training, talent retention programs, and promote an inclusive work culture.
Requirements :
Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.10-15 years of experience in Human Resources.At least 7 years of experience managing labor relations and unions.Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.High availability to travel nationwide.We Offer :
