Job Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR teams in our production plants and warehouses nationwide. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring efficient talent management, labor relations, and the administration of various unions.
Responsibilities :
- Direct and coordinate Human Resources functions in production plants and warehouses.
- Design and implement HR strategies applicable across all sites.
- Manage labor relations and union administration nationwide.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and applicable laws.
- Serve as a key liaison between company management and unions.
- Develop organizational development, training, and talent retention programs.
- Promote an inclusive and high-performance work culture.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations and labor conflict management.
- Ensure the application of best practices in Human Resources.
- Travel frequently to address needs at various operational sites.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.10 to 15 years of experience in Human Resources.At least 7 years of experience managing labor relations and unions.Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.High availability to travel nationwide.Solid knowledge of current labor legislation.We Offer :
