Compensation Benefits Specialist
The purpose of this role is to oversee and plan compensation and benefits for personnel, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through analysis and studies.
- Coordinate the Merit Increase process using established tools and policies to ensure fair salaries based on performance and placement.
- Calculate performance bonuses using globally accepted methods to provide variable compensation that reflects employee performance.
- Plan, design, and provide budget information for salary and benefits, using metrics from the finance department to deliver accurate information.
- Design and propose salary bands through analysis of salary survey results, maintaining both internal and external salary competitiveness.
- Participate in salary surveys by providing reliable information on salaries, structures, and benefits to keep our salary structures up to date.
- Provide HR indicators through analysis and interpretation, supporting decision-making by leaders.
- Evaluate job descriptions to assign correct grades and salary bands, adhering to internal salary structure, equity, and external competitiveness.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Human Resources or related field.Advanced English proficiency.3+ years of experience in similar roles.Experience with Job evaluation using Mercer methodology.Familiarity with HRIS systems.Offerings :
