Job Title : Operations Manager
About the Job : We are looking for a skilled professional to manage HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Change Management is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR platforms and systems, including ESS portals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Detailed knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HR software, such as PeopleSoft and Workday.
Nice to Have : Experience with Workday.
Analyze and process HR transactions, including new hires, employment data changes, terminations, earnings / deductions, and leave administration.Resolve tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues through comprehensive research.Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues.Evaluate the adequacy of current programs and recommend plan design changes.Supervise legal, financial, and procedural activities.Train and develop team members.Provide feedback to team members.Respond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers.Key Responsibilities : Analyze and process HR transactions, resolve issues, identify trends, evaluate programs, supervise activities, train team members, provide feedback, and respond to escalated issues.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Change Management, familiarity with HR platforms, excellent communication skills, knowledge of HR policies and laws, ability to work under pressure, and experience with HR software.
