For my client, a rapidly growing international FinTech dedicated to revolutionizing financial services in Mexico, we are searching for an experienced visionary Strategic HR Business Partner to fuel their remarkable growth.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings seniority , strong stakeholder relationship management , and a strategic, global vision to the table. You will demonstrate proven leadership qualities , experience in international companies , and a successful track record in high-volume recruitment (100+ hires monthly) . Your expertise in process building , optimization, and a solid sales background will be critical in driving organizational growth and operational excellence in this dynamic, technology-driven ecosystem.

• Fluency in Spanish AND English or Russian is required.
