About the Role

We’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to be the heart of our Mexico City operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact hybrid role that combines Recruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination . You’ll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition (75%)

• Own end-to-end recruiting for nuDesk and select client roles — from intake to offer.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.
• Proactively source top talent using modern tools and personalized outreach.
• Track and report recruiting analytics (time-to-slate, acceptance rate, retention).
• Champion our employer brand in the CDMX market and shape nearshore hiring strategy.

Employee Experience & People Partnership (15%)

HR Coordination & Administration (10%)
