The Director, Strategic HR Business Partner – LATAM leads talent management, engagement, and organizational design for the regional Architectural Coatings business unit. As part of the leadership team, you will work with the regional AC VP to drive business results and to enable the HR Service Delivery function with the data needed for successful local execution. This position in based in Mexico City and will report to theGlobal AC HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Development & Effectiveness (30%) :

• Design and implement organizational structures aligned with strategy and cost reduction goals by monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with the business to identify and develop necessary capabilities through recruiting, training, and outsourcing.
• Lead change management projects, measuring impact and benefit realization.

Workforce Planning (30%) :

Capability Building (25%) :

Commercial and Operational Excellence (15%) :
