Your Tasks
- Set direction for the MU as a member of the MU leadership team and ensure the execution of the MU strategy together with the LT.
- Set direction for MU HR in line with Global and Regional people strategy, plans, and objectives.
- Serve as a functional leader to HR team members. Guide, motivate, and develop HR Team members in the MU.
- Assist in shaping the Global People Strategy, setting goals, and defining overall KPIs in close collaboration with the Global CoEs.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Management Team, providing executive coaching and counsel to leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, communication strategy, and employee engagement.
- Be the custodian of approved HR policies and processes in the MU, ensuring effective communication and HR compliance. Benchmark and revise policies with the latest market developments.
- Drive a One Team mentality to foster unity and collaboration across teams in the MU beyond reporting lines.
- Be responsible for building a culture aligned with our vision of Beiersdorf being the best skin care company in the world.
- Build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.
- Serve as the strategic owner of the People Roadmap in CAMEX, including agenda, vision, strategy, and transformational leadership. Be a key player in Change Management.
- Be accountable for People Cost Planning and organizational design.
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in an HR capacity with solid knowledge of all HR processes, preferably in a multinational company.Proven ability to deliver HR strategy, policies, and plans aligned with business needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management.Strong business partnership and relationship-building capabilities across a diverse international group.Experience in leading cross-functional HR teams.Language proficiency : Fluent in Spanish and English.At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
