As we prepare to launch our latest platform, we are already growing by hundreds of new customers every month and growing out very active marketing call center in Mexico

Responsibilities

• Full management of the HR process from A to Z.
• Develop and implement high-quality hiring workflows for onboarding and offboarding.
• Design a scalable hiring system to manage over 100 candidates monthly.
• Oversee the training process for new employees.
• Ensure employee welfare and maximize potential.
• Hire and manage a team of 2-3 HR professionals.
• Report directly to the CEO.
