About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR Director to lead their Human Resources function and partner with senior leadership in driving organizational growth. This role requires a strong balance of business acumen, people leadership, and operational excellence, with the ability to design and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Define and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation.
- Talent Management : Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Employee Experience : Design programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention across all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Development : Drive performance management, leadership development, and learning initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Compensation & Benefits : Oversee competitive compensation frameworks, total rewards programs, and compliance with local / global labor laws.
- Change Management : Act as a trusted advisor during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth communication and cultural alignment.
- Compliance : Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards across jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.Proven experience in multinational or complex business environments.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in talent management.Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence organizational direction.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Bilingual [English +Spanish)What Our Client Offers
