Team Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and delivering accurate and timely payments.

Role Responsibilities

Process payroll for employees in Mexico in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.

Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in payroll systems.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.

Prepare and submit government-mandated reports (e.g., IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).

Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations.

Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

Role Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in payroll processing in Mexico.

Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, social security, and tax regulations.

Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
