Remoly's service network covers over 150 countries worldwide, serving clients that include many of Fortune 500 companies, helping businesses efficiently and compliantly manage international employees, and ensuring smooth overseas operations.Salary : negotiationContract type : Freelancer / ParttimeWorking location : Mexico / RemoteJob Responsibilities : Process and administer payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and local labour laws.Maintain accurate payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and benefits.Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, social security contributions, and statutory reporting requirements.Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other statutory reports to authorities.Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.Support audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation and reports.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, deductions, and tax with professionalism.Collaborate with HR to update employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions, leave).

Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams.Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and process improvements.Others job tasks will be assigned by BOD.Job Requirements : Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Mexico's HR field, be well-versed in payroll and labor laws.Prefer candidates with both HR and accounting experiences.Fluent in both written and spoken in English, with exceptional communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Familiarity with Financing and / or HR functions is considered a valuable asset (optional but preferred).
