Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead overseas human resource operation projects and drive process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement HR processes that comply with local regulations and international standards;
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to optimize process compliance and efficiency;
- Lead overseas HR projects, developing standardized toolkits and ensuring seamless data integration;
- Maintain HR system data, guaranteeing integrity and supporting module demand analysis and functional testing;
