The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our nearshore team and deliver best-in-class recruitment support. You’ll partner with our US leadership and client-facing teams to source top talent across Technology and Life Sciences, ensuring our clients gain the competitive edge they need to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and proactive search.
• Screening and qualifying candidates against role requirements.
• Building strong pipelines of talent for future and current client needs.
• Collaborating with Account Directors, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholders.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records in our ATS / CRM systems
