Recruiting Sourcer - Pharmaceutical

What you’ll do :

• Support the recruitment team by sourcing high-quality candidates for various roles within the pharmaceutical industry in Mexico.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage potential candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights and talent insights for the client.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.
