Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tech recruiting, particularly in Java roles, and experience managing VMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate Matching & Submittals
• Match candidates to job openings based on intake notes and rate requirements.
• Identify cross-submittal opportunities across roles and teams.
• Review candidate submittals for quality and alignment with rate cards.
• Ensure total cost aligns with rate card and maintain healthy margins.
• Job & Recruiter Coordination
• Maintain and update the Open Jobs spreadsheet to track recruiter assignments and submission needs.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure adequate coverage and timely submissions.
• VMS Management
• Add candidates to the VMS tool and ensure accurate data entry.
• Manage interview coordination including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Lock offers and hires for candidates.
• Tracking & Reporting
• Update tracking files for candidate pipelines and opportunity status.
• Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress.
