Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
This includes sourcing and assessing candidates, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring every placement meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will also handle payroll queries, manage shift bookings and cancellations, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Sourcing Candidates : Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels to attract talented healthcare professionals.
- Candidate Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet client demand.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
Candidate Communication : Deliver a world-class candidate experience through consistent communication and support.Assessments & Interviews : Conduct thorough assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes.Market Intelligence & Strategy
Industry Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and salary benchmarks.Strategic Insights : Provide strategic insights to inform recruitment and business development efforts.Operational Excellence
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and ensure CRM systems are updated daily.Shift Management : Manage shift bookings and cancellations, reconfirm placements, and reduce no-shows.Requirements & Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare.Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
