CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional who will manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for globally advertised mid-to-senior level roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to design sourcing strategies, engage diverse candidate pools, ensure inclusive and equitable hiring practices, and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes within agreed timelines.

The location of this position will be on-site at CIMMYT's headquarters in Texcoco, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned roles : advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement
