Job Overview

At XML International , we are looking for experienced Senior IT Recruiters to join our global team. In this agency recruitment role , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to our international clients, focusing on sourcing and hiring top IT and digital talent across multiple regions.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with account managers, and ensure service excellence through KPI-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, client submission, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Account Managers and stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies.
  • Build strong pipelines of IT and digital talent (Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps, etc.).
  • Deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to KPIs :
  • Time to Fill (TTF)
  • Time to Hire (TTH)
  • Candidate Submissions & Submit-to-Interview Ratio
  • Offer Acceptance Rate
  • Requisitions Filled vs. Target
  • Onboarding Candidates / Offers Confirmed
  • Maintain accurate data tracking in ATS and VMS systems (e.g., JobDiva, Fieldglass, or similar).
  • Provide market insights, benchmarks, and candidate availability reports.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience aligned with XML’s values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology , or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO model .
  • Proven record hiring across IT and digital roles .
  • Experience working with KPIs and SLA-driven environments .
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

    • Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with ATS / VMS systems (JobDiva, Fieldglass, or similar).
  • Knowledge of HRIS, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
