We’re Hiring : IT & Engineering Recruiter
At TMC People Drive Technology, we are looking for a highly qualified Recruiter to join our team on an on-site position for an initial three-month contract with possible extension . In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent for a wide range of positions across North America and other regions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, with a strong focus on IT (Technology) and ENG (Engineering) profiles
- Identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the job market
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations
- Optimize recruitment processes through the analysis of key metrics
Requirements :
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an international scopeProven track record in attracting IT and Engineering talentExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Advanced English is a must (essential for communicating with clients and international candidates); knowledge of an additional language is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic environmentWhat We Offer :
