We’re Hiring : IT & Engineering Recruiter

At TMC People Drive Technology, we are looking for a highly qualified Recruiter to join our team on an on-site position for an initial three-month contract with possible extension . In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent for a wide range of positions across North America and other regions.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, with a strong focus on IT (Technology) and ENG (Engineering) profiles
• Identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
• Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the job market
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations
• Optimize recruitment processes through the analysis of key metrics
