The Juicy Details :

• Location : ANYWHERE in the world (except the US), the role is fully remote woot!!
• Schedule : Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST (with some flexibility)
• Employment-type : Salaried, Full-Time, Contractor (so we can all get the tax benefits)
• Base Salary : $1,500-$2,500 / month
• Commission : 10% of all placements (target of $2,000 / month)
• Annual Bonus : up 10% of salary (based-on individual & company performance)
• Paid-time off : Unlimited (yes we mean it. Deliver results, and take-off as much time as you’d like. (Greg regularly takes time off for snowboarding and other mountain adventures and hopes you do the same)
• Medical Coverage : equivalent of Private Health Insurance through SafetyWing

In a nutshell : full-cycle candidate recruitment, from joining intake calls with clients (which are a blast since they’re also recruitment firms), to sourcing, screening, and presenting offers. You’ll be working with serious clients. All searches are RETAINED ;-)

What you’ll do :

• Search Volume : 3-6 Direct Hire Searches for Offshore Recruiters, Salespeople, Sourcers, Admins, etc. all over the world
• Expectations : $60,000 Placement Fees / Quarter (~10 Hires)

• Client Relationships : we want you to get to know them! You’ll join intake calls, coordinate interviews, search updates & feedback, and participate in offer negotiations and post-hire check-ins
• Reporting : we’re data nerds here. You’ll be responsible for keeping the ATS neat and tidy, providing formal weekly updates to clients, entering your KPIs, etc.

• Wiza (better than Zoom Info for emails & phone #s)
• Job boards i.e. Indeed, Jobstreet, OCC, etc.
• Microsoft (boring, but necessary)

Who you are :

You live internationally (ANYWHERE in the world that isn't the US, UK, or Canada) : We want to hire a Recruiter who understands what it’s like to be an offshore employee and can relate to candidates.

Your Experience : 2+ years working in Recruitment / Staffing is a MUST as either a Recruiter , Account Manager , or Sales .

English = 9 / 10 compared to native-level speaker in the US : clients will often have specific requirements for English proficiency of candidates. We need a Recruiter who can speak like a native English speaker so that they can evaluate the subtle nuances of a candidate’s English.

Drive : the though of working in a job that doesn’t have goals. No winning or losing. Sounds like a personal hell. You wake-up HUNGRY to make placements. For your clients, Candidates, and yourself ( yes, it’s OK to care about money and the freedom it can create in your life) .

You are comfortable being yourself : no professional masks. You show-up as yourself and are game for friendly banter. You aren’t shy about asking questions or pushing back when you disagree.

Where this can go : we’d love for this role to evolve in to a “270 Recruiter” position where you also own client relationships. Beyond that? Our goal is to grow to a team of 10+ by the end of 2026, that means we’ll need a leadership team. Maybe you’ll be on it?!
