The Role :
- Source, qualify and submit candidates to the best US-based startups with AI Tools and enterprise systems (LinkedIn Recruiter etc)
- Pitch the “story” of a startup to candidates (the problem they solve, product they build, the role they want to fill, etc)
- Manage candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal match relevant team members including sales, sourcers, recruiters, and founders.
