Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Sales Assistant to join our growing organization. This person will play an integral role in assisting in building the profile of our company through marketing and distribution efforts, events and social media outreach. In this role, you will develop new and exciting narratives, engage with clients, build strategic relationships and partnerships.

We are caa! : Typical Duties :
- Sales : Contributes to the Company’s goals by accomplishing related duties as required for sales department
- Attend weekly team meetings as necessary (ex. Monday Sales Meeting)
- Updates sales information on a weekly basis (projections, meetings scheduled, etc) in the Sales Charts and ensure accuracy
- Zoho :
- Is overall responsible for Zoho and ensuring all users operate the system correctly
- Ensures that Zoho accounts and contacts are correct according to business cards / emails / etc
- Ensures that Zoho accounts are tagged properly
- Updates Zoho accounts / companies with proper information
- Update email signatures as necessary in Zoho
- Continues maintenance on existing Sales Staff’s admin
- Organized all sales meeting recordings on the shared drive (i.e weekly sales team meetings, 3p sales recordings, etc.)
- Contract management :
- Create and Send out contracts to potential clients and ensure accuracy
- Process the contracts in Zoho (post sale projects) within two hours of receiving a countersigned contract
- Update information like contact details, addresses, etc in Zoho when contracts are created
- Collect and process client deliverables :
- Collect client artwork, logos
- Log all artwork on the Drive and Zoho
- Collect and log illustrative photos for CAA reports
- Collect and log headshots for CAA reports
- Train all new sales team members and track all end of week (EOW) reports for leadership review and analysis
- Event Assistant :
- Assists in event admin support
- Works along sales team on launch conference RSVPs
- Conduct RSVP training for all departments, including new hires
- Pulls lists of invitees for teams
- Invites CAA clients and contacts (over phone and email) to CAA events, reaching goals set
- Partnership Engagement
- Builds our distribution and readership through :
- International campaigns and outreach
- Local email lists; sourcing, compiling, growing
- Contacting local consulates and embassies, business associations and chambers and others to create partnerships
- Chamber and distribution partners
- Meets with current partners to support their events and send CAA reports
Key Requirements / Qualifications :
2-4 years of experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Preference Marketing or CommunicationsRequires excellent interpersonal and phone skills, attention to detail, project coordination experience, strong computer and Internet research skills, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendorsSupports the production of the publications by performing a variety of administration and marketing support duties to coordinate the production of caa publicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Drive, CRM programs like ZohoExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, organize and prioritize workWhat Are the Perks?
