We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Data Integrity Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer data.

The Customer Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for collecting and reviewing customer documentation to ensure complete sales files. This includes verifying documents such as identity proof, tax identification numbers, and other relevant papers.

In addition to document verification, the Customer Data Integrity Specialist will also be responsible for managing correspondence and validating digital documents against original physical copies. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that all documents are accurately recorded and stored.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Verify customer-provided documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Manage correspondence with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Validate digital documents against original physical copies.
• Ensure that all customer data is accurately recorded and stored in our system.
• Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or Accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and procedures.
