Talent Development Intern

Are you looking to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Intern to join our team.

This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, working closely with our HR stakeholders and regional teams. Your contributions will be valued and your growth supported.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources related to learning and development initiatives.

Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.

Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in talent programs through data-driven insights.

Support the automation of reporting processes and contribute to data governance efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Present findings in a clear, professional manner to stakeholders across the region.

Your Skills and Qualifications :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way.

High level of initiative, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for learning, data, and making a meaningful impact through insights.

Experience or academic background in programming languages such as SQL, Python is preferred but not required.
