Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all current metrics, reports, and processes tracked within the global TA organization, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement quick-win enhancements to streamline manual tracking, followed by a long-term roadmap for automating metrics, reports, and analytics workflows.
  • Develop or influence the creation of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting tools to enable stakeholders to access real-time data without manual requests.
  • Automate routine reports and metrics using tools like Tableau or similar platforms, reducing dependency on manual interventions.
  • Coach and advise global stakeholders (e.g., TA leaders, HR partners, and business executives) on interpreting data, deriving insights, and making evidence-based decisions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new analytics tools and processes, including training stakeholders on self-service platforms and fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast talent acquisition trends (e.g., talent demand, hiring pipeline needs) and proactively recommend strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Navigate competing stakeholder priorities effectively, providing tailored analytics support and acting as a service-oriented partner to align on business needs.
  • Monitor TA performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and recommend optimizations based on trends and benchmarks.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in TA analytics, automation, and predictive modeling to continuously evolve our capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics, HR reporting, or a similar data-focused role, with proven expertise in automating reports and metrics.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus for regional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience creating or influencing the development of dashboards and visualization tools, with proficiency in Tableau (experience with other tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio is acceptable).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach stakeholders on data-driven decision-making, with examples of influencing business outcomes through analytics.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives, including training teams on new tools and driving adoption of analytics processes.
  • Experience applying predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions in talent acquisition or related fields.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, navigating stakeholder priorities and delivering service-oriented solutions.

  • Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Familiarity with TA-specific tools and platforms (e.g., ATS systems like ICIMs, HRIS like SuccessFactors).
  • Experience partnering with remote analytics teams (e.g., in Asia-Pacific regions) to co-create solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices in HR analytics.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of building roadmaps and delivering incremental value from inventory assessments to full automation.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
  • Diversity & Inclusion

We are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams, and a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment. Equal opportunities are provided to all candidates and employees as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
