What will you do?

• As a Data & Analytics Intern in the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making around professional development and training programs. Your key responsibilities will include :
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources related to learning and development initiatives.
• Creating dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement in talent programs through data-driven insights.
• Supporting the automation of reporting processes and contributing to data governance efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Presenting findings in a clear, professional manner to stakeholders across the region.
