Descripción del trabajoStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way. High level of initiative, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Passion for learning, data, and making a meaningful impact through insights. Experience or academic background in programming languages such as SQL, Python is preferred but not required Real-world experience in applying data analytics to strategic HR and talent development initiatives. Exposure to regional projects and collaboration with diverse teams across North America. Mentorship from experienced professionals in a dynamic and inclusive environment. You will report directly to the Talent Development Partner for Mexico & Central America, working closely with HR stakeholders and regional teams. What will you do?
- As a Data & Analytics Intern in the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making around professional development and training programs. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources related to learning and development initiatives.
- Creating dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement in talent programs through data-driven insights.
- Supporting the automation of reporting processes and contributing to data governance efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Presenting findings in a clear, professional manner to stakeholders across the region.
