Talent Manager (six-months contract)

Inspired Education is seeking a Talent Manager for LATAM Region to join our Talent team on a six-month contract (starting January 2026) . Based in Mexico City, this role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with our schools across Latin America, driving recruitment excellence and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple schools, cultures, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM schools, from requisition to offer stage.
• Partner with Heads of Schools and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with global Inspired recruitment policies and tools (including SuccessFactors).
• Produce clear recruitment reports and updates for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners to expand candidate reach.
• Provide guidance to local HR teams on best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to ongoing talent planning strategies and regional and global initiatives.
