We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale hiring operations, particularly in the BPO sector. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring timely delivery of bulk hiring demands in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet aggressive volume hiring targets.
- Partner with business leaders and operations to forecast manpower requirements and build scalable hiring plans.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Oversee bulk hiring campaigns for entry-level, mid-level, and niche roles in BPO and shared service environments.
- Implement innovative sourcing channels such as employee referral drives, job fairs, social media hiring, campus recruitment, and vendor partnerships.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, training, and operations to align hiring timelines with business requirements.
- Regularly present hiring metrics, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Streamline recruitment processes for faster turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, diversity, and inclusion standards.
