Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner – Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) at Takeda is a global role within Global Talent Acquisition (GTA). The partner will serve as a trusted advisor to DD&T leaders, bring deep knowledge of the technology talent market and TA practices, and ensure visibility to external trends to support hiring in the Mexico and US regions. The TA Partner will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for DD&T and will drive the full TA lifecycle, partnering with HR and business leaders to execute the talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for DD&T roles, including sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback / consultation, pre-offer activities, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with the TA Head, HR Partners, and key business leaders to meet current and future strategic TA needs.
- Ensure compliance with all required legal and regulatory requirements and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda. Independently manage large projects or processes with limited oversight and mentor / coach junior staff as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience delivering successful recruitment in a complex organization; able to execute complex recruitment strategies independently, advise others, and recommend process improvements.Proficient in full-cycle recruitment for technology roles (Data & Analytics, Cloud, ERP, Business Analysis, Architecture, Agile methodologies, etc.).Expert in negotiations—navigates complex negotiations, advises others on negotiation strategies, and contributes to improving negotiation practices.Strong multitasking capability in highly complex situations; can advise others on effective multitasking and anticipate future needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and convey complex issues to diverse external and internal stakeholders.
