Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the Interpretation Industry.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Utilise technical experience to enhance recruitment processes through innovative tools and methods.
Skills : Essential Qualities for Success
Team Management
Provide training, coaching, and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the recruitment team.Monitor team progress through regular meetings and performance tracking.Address performance opportunities by creating and reviewing action plans.Coordinate with regional talent acquisition teams and report on team KPIs to management.Ensuring SLA Achievement :
Ensure that all open requisitions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Maintain clear communication with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to ensure progress and priority alignment.Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and SLA fulfillment to management.Process Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement changes to streamline operations.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that recruitment processes meet their needs and improve candidate experience.Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Qualifications : What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Translation and localization industry OR BPO experience is a MUST.Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Proficient in Microsoft Office.
