As a Program Management Ford Champ, you will play a crucial supporting role in driving the successful delivery of automotive programs.
You will learn to collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying relevant product and program knowledge, communication, and process expertise.

Qualifications
What you'll need :
Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding or willingness to learn GPDS (Global Product Development System) and WERS (Worldwide Engineering Release System).
Basic knowledge of vehicle component functions.
Responsibilities
Program Planning, Definition, and Strategic Alignment : The role involves assisting in updating program assumptions (SALT), authoring Product Direction Definition (PDL) and Team Information Bulletins (TIB), and supporting the program cost target setting process.
It also includes coordinating regional product requirements, managing milestone reviews, and supporting the Studio Process Management for appearance strategy, design deliverables, and resolving related feasibility issues.
Program Control, Deliverable Management, and Change Execution : This encompasses supporting the development and tracking of program plans (VPP), monitoring progress through health charts and summaries, and managing global program steering team activities.
Key responsibilities also include supporting WERS Change Management, integrating approved changes, assisting with AIMS binning, and coordinating various PATs (e.g., Complexity, Capacity).
Prototype Builds, Launch Management, and Ongoing Product Development : The position supports prototype total program planning, tracking builds, readiness reviews, and launch logistics.
It involves managing the resolution of launch-related issues (Design AIMS, Manufacturing / Supplier Quality AIMS) and contributing to Ongoing Product Development (OPD) initiatives such as TVM (cost reductions), quality improvements, and managing minor programs.
