As an Vehicle Hardware Engineering Ford Champ , you will be immersed in the day-to-day business operations of a dynamic engineering department. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn to analyze data, contribute to critical business processes, and communicate effectively to help develop, implement, and sustain key activities within the VHE organization. Responsibilities

What you´ll do :

• Assist with the tracking and analysis of headcount resources, supporting resource planning initiatives.
• Learn to track and analyze travel and overtime expenses for the department.
• Support the maintenance of annual travel forecasts and ensure proper accounting of overtime / travel expenses to help ensure adherence to the budget.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and learn to track their approval status and budget allocation.
• Team & Communication Support :

Support the maintenance of accurate team rosters and organizational charts.

Contribute to ad-hoc assignments from the VHE Business Office, such as assisting with resource studies and workload analysis, applying analytical skills to sort and create data insights.
