Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting our local sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and logistics operations, and providing top-tier customer service. The candidate should have strong logistical knowledge and possess experience in logistics and sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide vital support to the local sales team by managing sales-related inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with the documentation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales order processing.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to help the sales team achieve their objectives.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Handle logistics-related tasks such as order tracking, shipment updates, and managing inventory as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s logistics services and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements :
Experience : 2+ years of logistics experience (preferably in a sales support or customer service role).Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus.
