This role is key to driving commercial success across our dealership network, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Objective :
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning, dealer support, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategies to meet Geely’s commercial goals.
- Act as the main liaison between Geely and assigned dealerships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Provide daily follow-up on commercial activities to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
- Optimize inventory levels at dealerships, focusing on volume and model mix.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure process compliance and operational excellence.
- Drive improvements in SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) across all assigned dealerships.
- Align dealer strategies with Geely’s overall business objectives.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor´s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Administration or related fieldExperience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Familiarity with the automotive market is a plus.Technical Skills : Proficiency in sales tools and data analysis platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Languages : Fluent English both written and spokenIf you’re a proactive leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering results, we’d love to hear from you!
