About the Company : As the biggest engine manufacturer in China, Weichai Group is looking for a high-performing Generation sets, G-Drive engine, Pump-Drive engine and business Sales Manager who is in charge of the Mexico, Central America, and responsible for planning, implementing and directing the G-Drive engine, P-Drive engine, power generation, marine engine, vehicle (trucks & bus) and machinery equipment business sales activities of Weichai in Mexico, Central America meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
About the Role : A high-performing Generation sets, G-Drive engine, Pump-Drive engine and business Sales Manager who is in charge of the Mexico, Central America.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sales of the Generation sets, G-Drive engine, Pump-Drive engine business.
- To plan out the sales action plan and strategies to achieve the sales target decided with top management by working on price positioning, product positioning, network development.
- Responsible for new distributors development for the new business.
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activity.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor or equivalent degree in mechanical or business major.At least 5 years’ diesel engine or Generation sets relevant working experience.Fluent level of Spanish and English language skills.Under 45 years old.Required Skills :
Relevant knowledge of Generation sets, Diesel Engine, Vehicle (trucks & bus), and the knowledge of customer service principles.Proven ability to achieve sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Good planning and organizational skills.Work Location : Mexico : Mexico City
