Responsibilities
Developing and implementing national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of regional sales managers and / or sales representatives.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Managing sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to senior management. Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the region.
