Sales Manager

We are partnering with a leading Packaging company to identify Sales Manager for Central / Latin America. The position will report to Global Sales Head / CEO.

Location- Mexico city

CTC - Negotiable

Experience - Minimum 8 years

It is a crucial role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring market penetration across APAC countries

Title : Sales Manager

Work Location : Mexico City, Central & Latin America region

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities in key Central & Latin America region .
• Set and monitor sales targets for distributors, agents, and direct sales teams.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Launch new products tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including food manufacturers, processors, and retailers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.

Geographical Scope : Central & Latin America region.

Qualifications : MBA Marketing or equivalent

Experience : 8+ years of experience in sales in a packaging company. Should have handled Juice / Beverage and Dairy companies as client.
