Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the implementation of the company's strategy in Latin America, including brand, product, sales, and service operations.
  • Develop the local market by formulating industry insight and development plans, targeting sectors such as petrochemicals, oil & gas, chemicals, energy & power, metallurgy, building materials, pulp & paper, food & pharmaceuticals, and coal mining.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with key international clients, increasing market share in key industries and for core products.
  • Manage and grow the customer base within the office's jurisdiction, develop and oversee regional channel partners, and establish a comprehensive business ecosystem.
  • Engage in direct sales, foreign direct investment (FDI), outbound direct investment (ODI), and EPC contracting business.
  • Conduct research, plan, develop, and implement online platform business operations for the office.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in automation, engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overseas work experience, with strong independent business development and project execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, execution, and stress management abilities, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with Latin American culture.
  • Experience in automation, intelligence, or digitalization industries is preferred. Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable.4o
