We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Ad Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. This entry to mid-level role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of campaigns while working closely with sales and ad ops teams.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support trafficking and setup of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ensure campaign materials (creatives, tags, specs) are collected and QA’d on time
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics
- Assist in pulling performance reports and reconciling campaign data
- Help maintain internal documentation, trackers, and inventory logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
