Embecta is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to lead the flawless execution of our commercial strategy across Mexico and Central America. This role is pivotal in driving sell-out performance, market share growth, and brand visibility at the point of sale (POS) in retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute targeted field strategies to maximize sell-out and market share.
• Lead and coach field teams (merchandisers, demonstrators) to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence.
• Analyze POS and sell-out data to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
• Manage POP logistics, budget allocation, and ROI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Train pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and shopper engagement.
• Ensure compliance with execution standards and KPIs across retail and wholesale environments.
• This role will travel up to 30%.
