Adobe is looking for a Sales Leader responsible for leading and expanding our business with the most strategic companies in Mexico across all industries. You will empower your team to assist customers with Adobe technologies, driving innovation and improving customer experiences. Join a tech-savvy, engaged, and diverse team that encourages our customers to innovate and develop their businesses. This role involves developing long-term strategic relationships, defining account plans, and expanding Adobe’s presence within key organizations. You will work with Marketing, IT, and Procurement collaborators within complex enterprise structures, building positive relationships with C-Level executives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure customers achieve success with Adobe’s solutions and continue expanding their investments.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement a customer-centric go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop a clear vision for the role of AI and digital transformation in customer experience, guiding Adobe’s strategy in the region.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Redefine and optimize sales strategies, using data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, ensuring access to business performance and future opportunities.
- Encourage, recruit, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team remains motivated and hardworking.
- Coach and mentor both top performers and underperformers, fostering a culture of continuous development and success.
- Promote a winning team culture that balances competition and collaboration, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s values.
- Prioritize long-term customer relationships over short-term revenue wins, ensuring customer success and retention.
- Track and leverage key customer success metrics beyond revenue to measure impact and growth opportunities.
- Establish Adobe as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate digital transformation challenges.
- Build and nurture trusted C-Level relationships across Marketing, IT, and Procurement.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams to improve value realization for customers.
- Acquire agreement from leadership and other departments to advance key sales initiatives.
- Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, and thought leadership to establish credibility and awareness for Adobe.
- Encourage and enable the sales team to enhance their digital presence, ensuring they engage effectively with prospects and customers.
- Align with Adobe’s core values and embody them in leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration.

Experience in leading account management teams of large SaaS companies implementing complex projects.Prior experience working with global enterprise software / cloud / services companies.Experience in completing long-term and phased groundbreaking initiatives that generated real value for companies.Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions in digital marketing, advertising technology, data, or experience technology space.Growth mindset : you believe that you can improve with time, effort, and energy.Awareness that emotions can drive behavior and impact people, and how to manage them when giving / receiving feedback, meeting deadlines, dealing with challenges, and navigating change.Expertise & thought leadership in digital transformation initiatives.Strong leadership presence and ability to influence internal and external collaborators.Outstanding board-room level communication and presentation skills with excellent customer service.Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with thoughtful leadership in problem / opportunity assessment.Ability to work well in a team, partnering with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and others at Adobe.Strong understanding of web technologies and digital marketing.EEO & Accessibility
